Refund policy

Refunds and returns are subject to my discretion. If you are not completely satisfied with your product please reach out to me within 48 hours of delivery/pick up. I will do everything in my power to remedy the situation.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and 48-72 business hours for pick up. If you need items shipped sooner, or need to pick them up sooner, please reach out to me via email mirandaehart25@gmail.com and I will do my best. 

Customer orders are available upon request. Please email me at mirandaehart@gmail.com with a description of what you'd like. Customer order prices will vary.

When free items are given, unless otherwise specified, the free item will be of my choosing. 

If for any reason I'm unable to fulfill any items on your order, I will reach out to you before moving forward. If there is no response from you within 24 hours, I will fill the items I have and cancel and refund the ones I don't.

For all custom orders - I do require 50% down before beginning your custom project. Most of the time I won't have exact colors on hand, and will have to place an order for material. All custom orders are not eligible for return or refund due the nature of them. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.
